Hey everyone. Welcome back. One of the questions I get asked all the time is, what exactly happens during a chiropractic adjustment? Great question. And if you’ve never been to a chiropractor before, it can feel a little mysterious. So let me walk you through it. When you come into our office, the first thing we do is sit down and talk.

I wanna understand what’s bothering you, how long it’s been going on, and what your daily life looks like. From there, we do a full evaluation, checking posture, range of motion, your movement patterns, and sometimes even x-rays. If we need a deeper look, once we know what’s going on, that’s when the adjustment comes in.

A chiropractic adjustment is a gentle targeted movement to the spine or other joints to help restore proper alignment. You might hear a little popping sound. That’s just gas being released from the joint. Kinda like cracking your knuckles. But the goal isn’t the sound. It’s to get the joint moving the way it should.

Most people feel a sense of relief, improved mobility, and less tension right away, and adjustments don’t hurt. They’re tailored to your comfort level and different techniques we can use depending on your needs. Adjustments help reduce nerve interference, ease, muscle tension, and allow your body to heal more naturally.

They’re not just about pain relief, they’re about function. If you’ve been curious about chiropractic care but unsure what to expect, come in and experience it for yourself. We’re here to help you move better, feel better, and get back to doing what you love. And if you’ve got a question or a topic you want me to cover, let us know what the clinic or shoot us a message through our website in the description.

Let’s get you feeling better starting today.
