Dr. Dennis is awesome. Not only is he good at what he does, but he’s friendly and kind. His staff is also great! I like the fact that his facility has a gym and a professional trainer who will work with Dr. Dennis to provide what is needed for strength, balance, etc. I highly recommend this business.
I cannot say ENOUGH kind words about the staff @ The Spine and Wellness Center! I came to them about 4 months ago and feeling like what's the use "I'm always going to feel bad and there's nothing I can do about it!" My husband who was already seeing Dr Derrick encouraged me to take that first step and just meet Dr Derrick and see what would happen. I decided to at least go talk to Dr Derrick and Katie and see if I could get some encouragement that would spark some motivation. Sometimes we know what to do but not sure how to take those first steps in the right direction, and need a little gentle push. Dr Derrick developed a plan for me that included working with the Nutritionist Katie and Cody the Trainer and one step at a time has made a world of difference in my everyday life and attitude. I still have young children at home and work FT so I needed my mind and energy to handle everyday life and enjoy life to the fullest! I have never had a bad experience here! This place has become part of my routine and has helped me so much! The staff are always nice and helpful and willing to work with my schedule.
In less than a month they have taken me from living with back pain daily and barely being able to move around normally to virtually zero back pain and doing things that I didn't think I could do anymore.
I starting coming here about 4 months or so ago, with severe lower back pain, to which I was told that my muscles in between my discs were deteriorating. We began red light therapy, shock therapy, regular adjustments, and the all-core physical therapy. I have little to no pain anymore and finally feel like my old self. Staff is super helpful, kind, and communicative. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

The staff is very kind and helpful. I am very happy with my adjustments and they have made a difference. I have enjoyed the PT and the 360 machine. This was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor. I suffer severe chronic pain in my back and neck that I have had for about 10 years. The doctor took x-rays of my neck and back and Then thoroughly explained in detail what he had found. During my first appointment, I had my first chiropractic adjustment and It was absolutely fantastic. It was the first time in years that my pain was significantly less after I was done. I have had unexplained leg pain for 4 years. I’ve been to numerous doctors and had massages at other places but no relief. I didn’t tell Katie about my problem but after her extremely thorough massage my leg pain is gone. Praise the Lord for sending me to someone like Katie who got to the root of my problem.
